If the UV flat-panel printer is not used for a long time, it will bring more serious consequences if the UV flat-panel printer is not maintained.

1. Nozzle scrapping

If the nozzle is not pressed or moisturized for a long time (more than 5 days), the residual UV ink in the nozzle will solidify and dry, which will directly lead to the blockage in the nozzle hole. Under such damage, the cleaning nozzle is useless and needs to be replaced again.

Solution: after removing the nozzle from the equipment, clean the UV ink inside the nozzle with cleaning solution, then dip the non-woven fabric into the cleaning solution, wrap the bottom of the nozzle, wrap it with fresh-keeping film for more than 10 circles, and then put it into the cabinet. Remember not to put it in a place with sunshine or in a wet place.

2. Ink path system is blocked

If the UV ink in the ink tube, secondary ink cartridge and large ink cartridge is not used for a long time, it will inevitably lead to precipitation and condensation. If it is reused, it needs to replace the whole set with a new one.

Solution: remove the ink pipe and throw it away directly. Clean the secondary ink cartridge, draw out the UV ink stored in the large ink cartridge and put it back into the UV ink bottle.

Finally, in addition to paying attention to the above two points, it is also necessary to clean the core parts, wipe the lubricating oil, and cover the surface of the UV flat-panel printer with a layer of cloth to avoid the accumulation of dust for a long time, resulting in rust and wear of the screw rod, guide rail and other parts. After the long holiday, reinstall the nozzle and ink path system, so that the UV flat-panel printer can be used normally.
