In the printing production of UV printer, there will be errors in the production of image quality due to nozzle failure, medium placement and height adjustment. The main reasons are that the nozzle drips and leaks ink, or the nozzle is too close to the material medium, causing the nozzle to wipe the surface of the medium and damage the image quality. The printed materials must be placed flat, which will be much better for the equipment with air suction device. Of course, another reason is that the printing material is too transparent or too thick. At this time, it is necessary to reload the printing material to ensure that the surface is flat, and replace the opaque printing material at the same time.
There are occasional drops of ink during the printing process of UV printer. This is usually because the filter in the air filter on the auxiliary ink tank is wet, resulting in poor ventilation.
This may also be caused by fine hairs and dirt such as dust on the UV printer nozzle, and the ejected ink will drip automatically when these dirt accumulate to a certain extent. To solve such problems, the air filter needs to be replaced. At the same time, the nozzle needs to be cleaned with special cleaning solution, and the two edges of the light box cloth should be checked in detail to see if there are any more burrs. If there are burrs, they can be simply treated with a lighter.
After the UV printer transmits printing data, its indicator light will flash continuously. Even if the start key is pressed, the UV printer still cannot print. This is also a common print making fault, which is difficult for inexperienced operators to deal with.
It should be noted that if the UV printer performs an incorrect termination printing operation in the printing process, even if the printing work is stopped, some residual printing data on the computer will still be transmitted to the UV printer, and these printing data will still be retained in its memory. However, in the view of the UV printer, these data are invalid, so the printing work cannot be realized, and the subsequent printing work will not be carried out normally.
