Silica gel alias of UV printer: silicic acid gel is a kind of highly active adsorption material, which is an amorphous substance. The main component of silica gel is silica, which has stable chemical properties and does not burn. Silica gel is an oily product, which is divided into silica gel with high density and silica gel with low density. As we all know, silica gel is soft and will inevitably bend when using silica gel. Generally, UV printers use hard UV ink. If hard ink is printed on it, cracks will inevitably appear in the folding process of silica gel products, and the pattern will lose its significance.

Then someone will say that it is OK to use soft UV ink, so that even if the silica gel products are folded, there will be no problem of pattern fracture. In fact, it's not necessarily because the silica gel itself is oily, and if the oily object UV ink is printed on it, it can't penetrate and solidify, and the ink will only flow and disperse. So this is an unsolvable problem in the whole UV industry.

But now many customers say that they can print with their own ink, which may also be the diversity of materials. The results of repeated tests on silica gel slowly are good, so there is no certain thing in the world. As long as they are willing to study or think about it, it is not impossible to print on silica gel like ordinary materials.
