Occasionally, the image printed by the UV printer will suddenly fade, so when purchasing the UV printer, you need to choose a good manufacturer with guaranteed reputation, and the after-sales can be guaranteed. Let's talk about the reasons for this phenomenon!

1. The ink amount set for printing is too low

Usually, there are 40%, 60%, 80% and other different ink output controls in the UV printer image control software. If the operator is inexperienced, he will print the original 80% ink with 60% ink, which will cause the output image to be relatively light.

2. Print pass too low

The color and accuracy of patterns printed by different passes are different. Usually, printing with high pass on some objects with small materials can make the patterns clear and rich in color; On the contrary, print with a lower pass.

3. Influence of material

The transparency, gloss, smoothness and other characteristics of the substrate itself will affect the final printing effect, resulting in some light and some deep output images. In addition to the visual error of the naked eye, some materials have adsorption on the ink, and some materials have dissolution on the ink.
