When advertising UV printing, varnish can't be applied. Why?

Traditional printing technologies such as heat transfer printing and silk screen printing can no longer meet the needs of the advertising industry, while UV flat-panel printer is simple to operate, that is, play and dry, green and environment-friendly, and can be widely used in all walks of life. Why can't varnish print when printing advertising materials.

1. UV varnish surface crystallization: the printing interval of two-color UV ink is not properly controlled. The first printing ink has been dry and solid before overprinting the next color ink, and the viscosity of the dry and solid ink layer and the ability to be wetted by the ink are very low, so the next color ink is difficult to adhere to it. Generally, this phenomenon occurs in the ink overprint of monochrome Offset Press.

2. Personnel factor: manual mobility factor. Many new masters are not proficient in UVs or operation experience, so they take up their posts after strict training before taking up their posts.

3. Too many ink surface materials: too many surface anti sticking materials such as silicone oil and powder spray stick to the surface of the packaging box. Due to the large printing area occupied, even the best quality UV varnish material can not be coated.
