As a delicate part of the UV printer, the nozzle needs to be very careful in the process of use. Once it is misoperated, it will cause the nozzle to be blocked and seriously lead to the direct failure of the nozzle. So, what are the reasons for nozzle failure?

1、 Fault of driving circuit

The aging of the electronic components of the driving circuit and the accumulation of too much dry ink dirt may affect the voltage of the driving nozzle, resulting in no ink or unstable ink output.

2、 Replace different batches of ink

Replace the ink. It is recommended to replace the ink of the original manufacturer. If you replace different batches of ink, it is easy to block the nozzle and seriously damage the nozzle.

3、 The ink accumulated in the nozzle to a certain extent and blocked the orifice

This is our common nozzle blockage, because the ink must volatilize into the air to make the picture dry. Ink is a liquid that is easy to evaporate, which is easy to volatilize and clear solids in the air. When the spray hole sprays paint on the material, there will always be some ink left around. After this part of ink is dried in the air, it will slowly make the spray hole smaller or even block the spray hole. Therefore, the spray head needs to be cleaned frequently.

4、 The filter screen in the nozzle is blocked

If the nozzle is not used for a long time, the ink is easy to be adsorbed on the internal filter screen or the wall of the ink channel, which will reduce the ink flow area, and will also cause the phenomenon that the nozzle will not produce ink.
