Compared with traditional printing equipment, UV flat-panel printer is suitable for more types of materials, faster printing speed, higher accuracy, simple operation steps and can save a lot of labor costs. However, the following three situations occur during use. Please use UV printer with caution.

1、 The reflection of the material surface is too strong

When the UV printer is working, after the ink is sprayed, it needs the UV lamp to irradiate and dry, which can achieve the desirable effect of beating and drying immediately.

2、 Arc material, the radian is too large, and the concave convex height difference is large

During the operation of the machine, if the height drop of the printed material is more than 1cm, the flat-panel printer cannot complete full printing.

3、 High temperature, strong acid, strong alkali and other post-processing processes for printing

When the UV ink used in UV printer encounters high temperature, strong acid and alkali, it will reduce the adhesion of the ink, resulting in pattern falling off and deformation. Therefore, when using UV printer, we must avoid the above three situations to avoid damage to the printer.
