1. High temperature test

After the UV printer ink is placed in a high-temperature environment (55 ℃ to 70 ℃) for one week, it is restored to the room temperature and placed at 20-25 ℃ for 24 hours. The continuous printing test on the machine shall not be less than one hour. It is required that the ink is continuously linear and does not change color during continuous printing.

2. Low temperature test

After placing the UV flat-panel printer ink in the low-temperature environment (- 37 ℃ - 46 ℃) for one week, restore it to the room temperature and place it at 20-25 ℃ for 24 hours. Carry out the continuous printing test on the machine for at least one hour. It is required that the ink is continuously linear and does not change color during continuous printing.

3. Light resistance test

The light resistance of UV flat-panel printer ink depends on the light resistance of the selected pigment itself, which can be tested by QUV aging tester and X-Rite colorimeter.
