UV flat-panel printer has been widely used in our daily life, but it will also have cable problems after it is used for a long time. Here are three ways to deal with it.

1、 Eclosion cable

This kind of stay wire is generally the realization or white line of obvious isometric arrangement along the direction of nozzle arrangement. The overlapping, spacing or poor eclosion of the splicing position can be observed by printing the nozzle state diagram.

2、 Abnormal nature of auxiliary equipment

A pull wire lacking ink appears between the whole nozzle or multiple continuous ejection points. The reason for this pull is that the nozzle does not spray ink or the ink supply of UV flat-panel printer is insufficient, etc.

3、 Stay wire with plugging point property

This kind of UV flat panel printer cable is generally a "white line" at the fixed position of a certain color channel. There are many reasons for blocking points, such as operation mode and environmental factors, uneven shaking of UV ink, some impurities brought into the process of adding UV ink, nonstandard cleaning of nozzle when wiping, etc.
