When the UV printer prints the product, the output ink is very light, and the printed product effect is not good. What is the reason?

1. Material problem

The transparency, gloss, smoothness and other characteristics of the substrate itself will affect the final proofing results, resulting in some light and some deep output images, some materials have adsorption on the ink, and some materials have dissolution on the ink.

2. Low ink volume

Usually, there are 40%, 60%, 80% and other different ink output controls in the image control software of UV proofing machine. 

3. Pass too low

The color and accuracy of patterns produced by different pass proofing are different. Usually, on some objects with small materials, high pass is used for printing, which can make the patterns clear and rich in color; If it is a large format printing, you can choose a lower pass for proofing.
