Generally, there are four reasons why the nozzle temperature does not rise and fails, and the solution is not difficult.

1. Heating plate aging

The heating plate of UV flat-panel printer nozzle works for a long time. Generally, it is aged after 8 months, so it needs to be replaced with a new heating plate.

2. Poor heat conduction of heating plate

Whether the screws between the heating plate and the UV flat printer nozzle are loosened, resulting in a larger gap, or there are foreign matters at the heat conduction part. If so, it is necessary to clean up in time and tighten the screws.

3. The voltage of the heating power supply box is too low or the heating power supply box is damaged

Open the cover of the power box of the UV flat-panel printer and use a universal meter to detect whether the value of the voltage is too low, resulting in or damage to the power box. If it is too low, check whether the lower voltage regulator is normal; If the power box is damaged, replace the power box.

4. The power supply of the heating element is in poor contact

Check whether the heating plate of the UV printer and the nozzle line are loose or broken. If there are relevant conditions, reconnect to restore normal.
