4. The nozzle is blocked. Now the UV printer printing software has a cleaning function, that is, constantly pumping ink and cleaning the nozzle with ink. Or use the nozzle cleaning fluid to clean the nozzle. Note that the nozzle cleaning fluid contains slight corrosivity.

5. There is air in the ink tube and ink bag. Manually draw out the ink in the ink bag of the ink pipe with the needle cylinder, draw out the air inside, manually circulate the ink, and the ink extracted with the clean needle cylinder can be injected back into the ink bottle, so there is no waste of ink.
