There are two methods to detect the true blockage of UV printer nozzle, one is to detect it directly with cleaning solution, and the other is to judge it through the detection line. If the nozzle is really blocked, the probability of repair is very low. In this case, you can wash the ink in the nozzle with special cleaning liquid first, and then find a small bowl or plate to pour a little cleaning liquid into it, so as to submerge the nozzle but do not touch the nozzle circuit board. After soaking for 12 hours, rinse it with cleaning liquid. If it can't be soaked for 12 hours, if it still can't be soaked for 12 hours, it will be basically scrapped.
