A very important part of UV flat-panel printer is the quality of ink. UV ink is a kind of ink without solvent, with fast drying speed, good luster, bright color, water resistance, solvent resistance and good wear resistance. At present, UV ink has become a mature ink technology, and its pollutant emission is almost zero.

The essential difference between UV ink and traditional ink is that the curing of UV ink is a chemical reaction, and the drying of ordinary ink is a physical reaction.

UV inks are divided into the following three types:

1. Ordinary UV ink: low cost, frequently used and low-cost photoinitiator. The selection range of UV ink and UV varnish is wide and limited;

2. Hr-uv ink: the cost is high, special and expensive photoinitiators need to be used, and the selection range of UV ink and UV varnish is limited.

3. Led-uv ink: the cost is high, special and expensive photoinitiators need to be used, and the selection range of UV ink and UV varnish is limited.
