1. After the machine is switched on and off every day, the nozzle detection strip shall be printed. Once the nozzle is blocked and the needle deviates, the equipment cleaning fluid function must be used immediately to clean the nozzle.

2. You also need to moisturize the nozzle after printing every day.

When the nozzle or the machine is not used for a short time, clear the ink inside the nozzle, unscrew the quick fitting connector from the auxiliary ink bottle of the nozzle to the ink supply pipe of the nozzle, wait until the ink in the ink pipe and nozzle has basically flowed out, and then inject about 30ml of cleaning solution into the nozzle with a syringe to clean the nozzle. When the cleaning liquid ejected from the spray hole has no obvious ink color, stop cleaning, flush out all the cleaning liquid, and then seal the whole nozzle with fresh-keeping film.
