1、 The temperature of the working room should be kept at normal temperature and should not be too high. In addition, as a precision digital printing equipment, piezoelectric optical motor will affect the normal use of the machine if the accumulated heat of relevant electronic components, printing nozzles and circuits cannot be discharged in time during the printing process.

2、 The high temperature of solid ink is also great. The ink viscosity will change with the change of ambient temperature. The viscosity will directly affect the situation of solid ink. Too high temperature will affect the smoothness and dryness of real ink, and the stability of ink is determined by the viscosity of ink.

3、 Pay attention to maintain the normal ventilation of the working environment of UV flat-panel printer, which can be natural ventilation or install relevant air conditioners, fans and other ventilation equipment, which can not only achieve the cooling effect, but also reduce the printing smell of ink in the printing process.
