There is very little environmental pollution. It not only does not need plate making, but also can be used as bulk parts with high precision, and the printing effect is particularly good; The traditional printing process must be plate making, and the plate making cost of bulk parts is high. In the case of printing multi-color pattern design, the cost is high, and the tone color gradient is not good. It is not only high energy consumption but also high environmental pollution, which is gradually banned by the Environmental Protection Bureau.
1、 Traditional - Cotton digital printing:
(1) In the production process of printing, the cycle of traditional proofing is generally about one week;
(2) In traditional printing, once the designer determines the sample, it is very troublesome to modify it again;
(3) Due to the limitation of chromaticity and flower length in traditional printing and dyeing production, the space expansion of textile pattern design is small, and the grade of products is low;
(4) Traditional water color mixing paste, high energy consumption and high pollution;
(5) It is difficult to ensure the consistency of fancy.
2、 Today - Cotton direct jet printing:
(1) Accept the diversity of pattern printing methods. Everything can be completed by computer. Generally, the proofing time shall not exceed one working day;
(2) The design sample can be modified arbitrarily on the computer to give full play to the designer's idea;
(3) Digital direct jet printing adopts 8 basic colors, which can express 16.77 million colors in theory. Especially in the printing of high-precision patterns such as color gradient and moire, digital printing has incomparable advantages in technology;
(4) In the process of jet printing, the use of dyes is "distributed on demand" by the computer, there is almost no waste of dyes and waste water, and green production is realized;
(5) The computer automatically memorizes the color data, and the color data remains unchanged in batch production to ensure the consistency between small samples and large samples. It really realizes the production process of small batch and fast reaction.
