If the nozzle of the wine bottle and wine box UV printer is blocked, the nozzle should be cleaned. If it is idle for a long time, it also needs professional maintenance. The method is as follows:

1、 Nozzle cleaning of wine bottle and wine box UV printer

(1) Software cleaning: automatic cleaning through the maintenance function in the printer driver;

(2) Ink pumping cleaning: when the ink cart is in the initial position, connect the needle barrel with the hose to the waste ink pipe and draw about 5ml of ink. Do not rebound the inner barrel of the needle barrel, which will cause color mixing of each nozzle. In the process of ink pumping, if the sealing of the nozzle protector is not tight, you can gently move the ink cart by hand to ensure the good sealing of the nozzle and nozzle protector. Wash the software after ink extraction;

(3)  Injection and extraction cleaning: remove the ink cart, pull out the ink bag, connect the needle cylinder containing cleaning fluid with the ink column of the nozzle with a hose, push and inject with appropriate pressure and pull back until the nozzle ejects a complete thin line vertically;

(4) Printing cleaning: replace the ink with "nozzle cleaning agent", print the color block of the color with vector graphics software, and replace the original ink after the nozzle blockage is removed.

2、 Maintenance of wine bottle UV printer nozzle

(1) Remove the nozzle from the wine bottle UV printer according to the correct method to clean the residual ink stains;

(2) Thoroughly clean the nozzle with nozzle cleaner;

(3)  Inject special nozzle maintenance agent into each ink column of the nozzle.
