Therefore, the maintenance of UV printer nozzle of wine bottle and wine box is very important. The following points should be done in daily maintenance:

1、Do not remove the nozzle from the host and place it separately, especially in the state of high temperature and low humidity. If placed for a long time, the water contained in the ink will gradually evaporate, and the dried up ink will cause the nozzle to block.

2、Avoid touching the nozzle surface with fingers and tools to prevent the nozzle surface from being damaged or blocked by sundries and oil. Do not blow air to the nozzle. Do not stick sweat, oil, drugs, etc. on the nozzle, which will cause changes in the composition and viscosity of the ink and cause solidification and blockage of the ink. Never wipe the nozzle surface with face paper, lens paper, cloth, etc.

3、Do not turn off the power when the wine bottle and wine box UV printer is printing. Turn the printer to off line first, turn off the power after the nozzle cap is covered, and finally unplug the plug.
