CDP "a list" is composed of globally recognized representative companies, which have achieved excellent results in actions and strategies to deal with climate change. CDP surveyed more than 5800 companies around the world. The "a list" of climate change in 2020 includes 270 companies, of which 53 are Japanese companies.
In March this year, Ricoh printer updated the environmental target according to the change of global warming trend, and revised the global greenhouse gas emission reduction target in 2030 from 30% in 2015 to 63%. This new goal has been approved by SBTI * 2, which helps to control global warming in the range of 1.5 ° C higher than the pre industrial level. Ricoh promises to achieve "carbon neutrality" by 2050 and will continue to promote the realization of a zero carbon society through energy conservation activities, renewable energy and active participation in international initiatives.
