What is UV lithography?

UV lithography has long included screen printing, inkjet printer, pad printing and other industries. UV in the traditional printing industry refers to the actual effect processing technology of printing, that is, coating a layer of varnish on it, which is mainly to improve the chromaticity and expression effect of products to maintain the product surface. UV processing technology has high intensity, corrosion resistance, friction and is not easy to scratch.

Special UV ink can be used in UV printer to complete part or overall UV actual effect. For example: metal materials, aluminum alloy plates, textile products, plastics, PVC and other materials.

The UV printer we use can also print a variety of material, picture objects, flexible objects and mandatory objects, such as metal materials, porcelain, ABS, PVC, plastics, toys, USB flash disk, mobile power supply, mobile phone case, sign identification, advertising, product logo and so on.
