UV varnish of UV flat-panel printer, also known as UV glazing oil, is a fully transparent liquid. On the one hand, it can make the pattern design show the actual effect of high brightness, on the other hand, it has the actual effect of pattern design maintenance such as moisture-proof, scratch resistance and weather resistance. Common types of cleaning are:

1. General uvop varnish

OP varnish refers to the thin paint applied from the ink barrel, which cannot improve the gloss due to the thin coating. The key is to improve the surface friction;

2. Pad uvop varnish

It is a kind of varnish used to reduce the surface gloss. It uses cushion raw materials to cause irregularity on the surface, diffuse light and give full play to the actual effect of extinction.

3. Silicone material mixed with uvop varnish

It can also immediately bond to unique raw materials such as plastic and ink, and it can maintain the surface of UV ink and raw textile according to the rolling effect of mixed silicon.

4. Antistatic uvop varnish

Applying varnish with antistatic agent on the plastic surface convenient for battery charging can suppress the resistor on the surface to the 11th to 12th power of 10.

5. UV varnish

It can produce more than five times the thick coating of OP varnish, which greatly improves the wear-resistant and compressive strength of pattern design.
