Advantages of UV LED curing lamp:

(1) Lower energy consumption and reasonable lighting rate can reduce energy consumption by 60%;

(2) During the whole curing process, it will not cause reactive oxygen species, medium and short wave ultraviolet light, and there is no need to install odor removal equipment or exhaust system pipeline and other auxiliary equipment;

(3) High coordination ability, can integrate the specifications of printing process and adjust the irradiation scope;

(4) It can be opened in an instant when packaging and printing, and the working efficiency is greatly improved without heating and waiting;

(5) The calorific value is small, and the external temperature of the lamp is only between 50 ℃ - 60 ℃, which can reasonably avoid the folding deformation of the printed matter due to overtemperature;

(6) The service life is long, and the service life can reach 20000 ~ 30000 hours, which can greatly reduce the frequency of lamp source replacement.

Disadvantages of UV LED curing lamp:

(1) The irradiation compressive strength is poor. If the packaging and printing speed is too fast, it is easy to cause incomplete curing of ink;

(2) UV light can be emitted from oil, and UV light can not be cured in short wave;

(3) The price of led-uv light source is high;

(4) The irradiation spacing is short, and the UV ink requirements are high.
