To distinguish whether the nozzle of UV printer is second-hand or brand-new, it needs long-term experience to see it accurately. Here are some tips that I hope can help you!

1. Judging from the packaging. The packaging of the new UV printer is very formal. There are three layers of sealed packaging in total. When unpacking the nozzle packaging, you can see whether the packaging has been removed. If there is no trace, it can be preliminarily determined that it is a new nozzle.

2. Check whether the codes are consistent. Check whether the codes on the edge of the UV flat-panel printer nozzle are consistent with those on the outer package. Generally, codes will be pasted on many parts of a brand-new package. If all codes are consistent, it can be judged that the nozzle should be original factory.

3. Nozzle trial experience. There will be no problem with the new nozzle when it is first used. The printed lines will appear very delicate after being installed on the machine, and it is impossible to have the phenomenon of flying ink and broken lines.
